Kent Union strives for continuous improvement and is committed to providing its members with exemplary services to enhance their experience whilst at University. In this spirit, we welcome comments, compliments and suggestions that can help in the development of these services. We hold all comments and complaints centrally, taken from varying forms of media, and then action suggestions that can aid in this improvement process on a termly basis. All complaints are taken seriously and being more complex than comments are dealt with through the Complaints Procedure, which operates separately.
