Kent Union's Constitution
Kent Union has recently amended the constitution so we can register as a charity in August 2010 due to charity law. By registering we will be able to have more fundraising opportunities, we will be placed in a different VAT bracket, by being a charity it is clear to our members what Kent Union does and we will recieve extra support from outside the organisation.
Within the constitution you will find information about the Union Officers, referenda, elections and how to debate. The constitution has to be approved by the University so we can function as a Students' Union.
