Pirate Society
The Pirate society was set up as an alternative society to many that were currently available. Many of which seemed too strict and imposing upon its members. The Pirate Society organises numerous events every year all with a piratical theme. These have included theme nights in various bars and clubs around Canterbury, talk like a pirate day, premiers of the pirates of the Caribbean films, followed by visits to the Pirate bar in London, and of course the somewhat infamous Viva la Scavenger hut. Joining this society means you are joining with one key aim, to have a good time dressed as pirates. We are very tongue in cheek and all our events are organised to ensure people have a great night regardless of how involved they get with the Pirate theme. Members ca have a say in the running of the society, have priority places on all Pirate events, and get Discounts from the various costume stores in town, plus much more.
