Rock Soc
We are the UniversityofKent's Rock Society. Our aim is to promote and improve that rock scene in Canterbury, through hosting live music and events. Last year we brought you 7 bands nights, and 3 open-mic acoustic nights, as well as a totally free, whole day of live music on St Patrick's Day. All this ended us in bagging the Society of the Year 06/07 award! Keep an eye out for us this year as we come back with even more, bigger and better live music than ever before. Check out our meetings at 18:00 on Mondays in Rutherford JCR, come along and see how it all works and have an input into your society: what we do, themed nights, who plays, and when.
