The post-holder will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service working within our highly successful Licensed Trade outlets. They will be a confident, self-motivated, reliable individual with excellent communication skills, who works well in a team or on their own, and will have experience of working in a busy commercial and customer-focused organisation, or be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
