If you are looking for a fun and fast paced sport then INLINE HOCKEY is the one for you. We encourage both males and females to join us.
Inline Hockey is similar to Ice hockey, but played in a hall and on inline roller skates. The main differences being that inline hockey is less physical, contact is allowed but no checking or fighting. This makes the sport much more focused on speed, skill and strength.
Our club caters for complete beginners up to advanced level players, with training aimed at all abilities. Our members are always willing to give tips and skating lessons during training.
We are also a very social club with plans to host socials every week and some special events.
Training is held at Sheppey Leisure Centre on Sunday at 12-2pm.
The minibus and cars meet at University of Kent Sports Centre at 10am to transfer members to Sheppey. The minibus will return to campus around 4pm.
University of kent students have two options for payment of membership fees.
If you are definitely sure that you want to join the club for the year then you can buy the standard membership which is £30.
If you are not sure if you want to join for the whole year we are now offering a termly fee of £15.
If you are not a kent university student then we offer a associates membership which is available for £31 for the year.
We also charge £3 each session you attend to help cover the running costs of the training sessions.
