If you are planning a trip with your society, make sure you fill in this form

Not only will it allow Kent Union to get an idea of what your Society can offer but it also helps us make sure you are adhering to the insurance policy. 

Alongside this, you must fill in a risk assessment. One of these forms must be filled out for all activities that your Society takes part in, be it weekly meetings or dagger throwing.
