The German Society welcomes everyone with an interest in Germany, its language and culture – no matter how well you speak the language or if you speak it at all. The society is run by UKC students studying German and assisted by German Natives (German Language Assistants).
We meet every week for films (almost always with English subtitles), games or other activities and events like the annual Christmas party with Glühwein (mulled wine) and Currywurst (curry sausage).
Come and join us and either get to know or practice your German in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Fee to join £3
