LGBT Society
The LGBT Society (Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered) is a society whose prime aim within the union is to ensure the welfare of students and staff members who come within this description. The society aims to provide a safe and friendly environment in which students and staff members can socialise, involve themselves in the activities we organize as a committee and feel relaxed about their individuality. The committee also has within it, the positions of Men's officer and Women's officer who are there to hear concerns any society member may have that have a relationship to their gender or sexual identity.
