Welcome to the Space Society. Our aims for this year are:
1. Trip to Spain to the ESAC facilities - near to Madrid - scheduled at the beginning of the second term of next year
2 Visit of Greenwich observatory
3Talk by an astronaut
4 Hire of moon rocks in the physics department
5.Trip to Thorpe Park
6.Telescope nights for most important astronomical events such as comet transits or eclipses
7. Rocket building sessions and rocket launching sessions
8.Connecting to Faulkes telescope for some hours of viewing of galaxies
9Socials such as the Ministry of Silly Hats or Quest for the Holy Pint
10Help for physics students in their subjects revision
