T:24 - Drama
We are the amateur dramatics society of KentUniversity. One of the largest societies on campus we produce 3 Free Space and one Gulbenkian Show per term. We require actors, writers, technical people and anyone with an enthusiasm for all things drama related. We run workshops and drama days, starting with the legendary 24 Hour Drama event at the beginning of the year - 24 hours of continuous drama games, performances, workshops and general fun. We are the society that has the Play it By Ear improv team and the Collage Show, a forum for original writing and performance. New projects are always being thought up, like the Experimental Theatre company for more off-beat performances. And then of course there are the epic costume socials, where the society has a lot of fun dressing up and hitting the bars / Venue on a themed night.
We are your society with a friendly, approachable committee of dedicated people who will listen to your ideas and feedback to improve the society for you - want to see something new? We'll try to do that for you. T24 is an brilliant opportunity to not only be involved in some fantastic drama but to have an awesome time.
