HINTS & TIPS
1. Be careful with your money. Don't spend any of your own money on an item for your club that you want to reclaim, until it has been approved. You don't want to spend your money then find that you can't reclaim it. It will leave you out of pocket!
2. Plan in advance. It is essential to plan ahead as there will be NO SAME DAY PAYMENTS so make sure that you have got everything sorted before you plan a trip or event.
3. Keep track of your society's account. It is useful to know how your club is doing financially every week so that you can plan for any expenditure. If you know how much you have in your society's account then it is easier to budget for any expenditure.
