The Student Advice Centre is a free service available to all students of the University of Kent.
This includes part-time as well as full-time students and those students studying franchised courses at other colleges; e.g. Canterbury College, South Kent College, Mid Kent College and Tonbridge.
We offer appointments with an adviser who will help you with any problems or queries you may have. Our service is confidential and independent of the university - no one outside the advice centre has access to our records.

We also offer a drop-in service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm.
We can only deal with very quick and straightforward queries at drop-in - if your problem is more complex you will need an appointment.

We now offer a dedicated phone advice line service to students from Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. You can use this service to get advice on most things, although we will sometimes need to ask you to make an appointment because the problem cannot be dealt with over the phone.
