Our students are intelligent and articulate individuals, with high levels of literacy and numeracy. They are able communicators, quick to learn and have the ability to fit into a team easily.
Skills
Many of our students offer substantial previous work experience or high-level specialist skills - especially in the areas of IT, languages and business. With such a large target population, Jobshop may be able to find an individual with just the rare skill or combinations of skills that you require.
Enthusiasm
Students are keen and dedicated workers who, since the decline of the grant and the introduction of fees, need to work during their course. They are flexible, adaptable and able to accept high levels of responsibility.
