The institutional audit is an opportunity for an external body (the Quality Assurance Agency) to ensure that the University maintains high standards in relation to quality enhancement. Following the last audit the institution made a series of improvements, including commitment to the student representation system, a better resourced library service and development of the Student Data System. We hope that following this next audit further enhancements will be made to the student experience at Kent; for this to happen we need students involvement!

Following on from an extensive process of collecting the views and experiences of students Kent Union have put together the Student Written Submission ready to submit for the institutional audit. The submission covers four main areas of;

  1. The accuracy the information published by the University
  2. Do students know what is expected of them in order to be successful
  3. Learning resources and support facilities offered
  4. The student voice

If you have any views and opinions on these issues please email R.Evans@kent.ac.uk. Check back soon to read the first draft of the Student Written Submission
