The Kent Union student committees are campaigning for better recycling facilities on campus. The committees believe that every student should have the facilities and information to recycle.

Our Aims are:

1. for students to have the ability and facility to recycle in their halls of residents.

2. For the University to suppy small recycling bins in each halls of residents kitchen or communal areas

3. To have glass recycling in communal areas or kitchens.

4. To have glass recycling facilities in Parkwood.

5. For the University to provide more recycling sacks for students living in halls at the end of each term.

The student committees are cuurently collecting data to support the need for better recycling facilities.
