What is RaG?

RaG stands for ‘Raise and Give’. We’re a branch of Kent Union dedicated to raising money for local, national and International charities whilst having a great time. We organise, oversee and manage some of the Canterbury Campus’ biggest charity events including climbing Kilimanjaro, trekking the Great Wall of China, the Snow Ball, Escape and Evade and Fundraising February. As well as the larger events RaG organises, you can also find us in city centres nationwide armed with collection buckets, and selling anything from drink promotions to glowbands around campus throughout the year!

Last year, Kent RaG raised an outstanding £90,000, breaking Kent Union history. This year we hope to smash through this total, aiming to raise at least £100,000.
