The Mental Health Group was established in the academic year 2009/2010. It was created and has run by a small number of dedicated students ever since. The idea was to form a group in which people could talk about issues related to mental health in a safe and friendly environment. This was the main goal and its presence is visible in all of our meetings.

 

As well as a safe-zone for students at UKC we also have other aims.

·        Provide a friendly atmosphere

·        Offer opportunities to socialise

·        Promote mental well being

We have meetings every Thursday @ 6.30pm in KS7 (Keynes)
