The role of Retail Graduate Trainee Manager is within our busy Retail Department. The post holder will be required to support the day to day operation of Kent Union’s Retail Department, based in the main store, Essentials. The post holder’s key duties will include managing a team of Student and Career Staff to deliver operational excellence and great customer service, through strong product availability, store standards and a motivated team.
You will be an experienced team leader with strong IT skills. You will be a self-motivated, flexible individual, who can work well within a team or on your own. You will have experience working in a busy customer focused environment and will have excellent verbal and communication skills.
