The Retail Assistant Manager (Systems) is an exciting role within our busy Retail Department. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the day to day operation of Kent Union’s Retail department, based in the main store, Essentials. The post-holders key duties will be to lead a team of student and permanent staff in delivering the back office functions of a retail store, such as financial processes, scheduling and HR activity, and Stock Control. The post holder will also oversee the team delivering the provision of orders and invoices from Retail suppliers, control of pricing, advertising promotions in store and to support the ongoing functions of our back office systems.
